Color: Intense yellow with golden reflections

Bouquet: On the nose, immediate aroma of citrus, melon and exotic fruit followed by hints of rosemary and oregano with a pleasant mineral finish. The taste changes in the glass making it a wine of great complexity.

Taste: Smooth with structure, bold and nicely sapid with a fresh acidity. Easy to drink, it presents a balance that makes it unique.

Serving temperature: 10 – 12° C

Pairings: It goes well with fish, especially oven baked fish, and white meat such as rabbit or hare.
