A villa of comfort, space, and tranquillity
Villa Le Vigne can accommodate up to 14 guests, making it perfect for large families or groups of friends. It offers 5 double bedrooms with private bathrooms and beautiful views of the vineyards. Upon request, an additional single bed can be added to each room.
On the ground floor, you’ll find a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious living room, a panoramic veranda, a private pool with a children's area, a barbecue zone, and reserved parking.
The villa is also equipped with free Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and heating, ensuring maximum comfort in every season.
Wine experiences with Cantina Saputi
Cantina Saputi, a fourth-generation winery producing organic wines from hand-harvested grapes, offers guests the opportunity to enjoy a true vineyard getaway, combining relaxation with authentic local food and wine experiences.
The guided winery tours allow you to discover the secrets of winemaking, walk among the barriques, and get a close look at the work behind our wines. The experience concludes with a guided tasting—an immersive sensory journey through our finest labels.

Bookings and useful information
Its strategic location—between historic villages, the Sibillini National Park, and the Adriatic Sea—makes Villa Le Vigne the ideal starting point for a complete holiday filled with nature, culture, and food and wine experiences. Learn more about the surrounding area.
The villa is ideal for weekly stays during the high season (July–August), while in the low season we also accept shorter bookings, including long weekends, Easter, and New Year’s.

FAQ – Useful information before your stay
Do you provide sheets and towels?
Yes, and we include at least one linen change, depending on the length of your stay.
Is the house equipped with a washing machine?
There is no washing machine in the villa. The nearest self-service laundry is located about 10 minutes away.
What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is from 3:00 PM (earlier upon request and subject to availability).
Check-out is by 10:00 AM.
