Since 2005, Villa Le Vigne, situated in Loro Piceno, has been hosting public events throughout the summer months. The venue has been the stage where modern cuisine and traditional dishes are united with our array of winesto generate a truly unique experience, surrounded by well-preserved vineyards in the Italian countryside.

This beautiful farmhouse has always been owned by the family and was once used as a stable and barn. In 2005 was masterfully renovated in full respect of the harmony of the environment and rural architecture, thus retaining the features and charm of the old houses of a time, taking care of the image and the space dedicated to relaxation.
The property is situated in a pleasant, scenic and secluded district of Borgo San Lorenzo, in the town of Loro Piceno, in the hills of the Macerata area at an altitude of 400 m., about 30 km from the Adriatic Sea and 20 from the National Park of the Sibillini Mountains.
The house is nestled in the lush greenery of a large and nice vineyard owned by the family Saputi, from which it draws beautiful organic wines, surrounded by a garden with olive trees and ample parking.

Structure
The villa offers not only aesthetic and comfort but also peace and tranquillity and a great view. You can be lying comfortably reading a book, or just eat in a large air-conditioned veranda watching and listening to a beautiful and quiet landscape that ranges from the sea, running the hills with medieval villages, to the blue mountains.
Inside, the property is spread over 2 floors of 150 square meters each. On the ground floor, you will find the living area with kitchen, living room, bar, air-conditioned wooden veranda of 80 square meters and laundry.
On the first-floor sleeping area with a small room and 5 bedrooms with wrought iron beds and rustic furniture, each equipped with a private bathroom with shower box, jacuzzi and Turkish bath.
Bedrooms
The 5 rooms on the first floor of the structure can be used as single, double or triple.
They overlook the surrounding countryside with views of the sea, picturesque hills and the Sibillini Mountains. Equipped with TV, heating and bathroom with shower box, jacuzzi and Turkish bath.
A warm and friendly environment with beamed ceilings wood beams and furnished with wrought iron beds and rustic furniture of rural tradition.
Pool
In front of the building, with access from the veranda is positioned a large swimming pool (size 14 x 5 m.).
Designed and built to have a perfect contact and control of children, you can safely swim and relax in a spa with a depth of 140 cm and at the same time be able to watch the children having fun in a smaller pool designed for kids only.
